Warranty

In the unlikely event that you find a defect or a flaw, you can send it back to Gemonay for inspection by one of our jewelry experts. If it is determined that the defect occurred during the manufacturing process, we will replace or repair the product at no cost to you. If Gemonay rules that the defect was caused by wear-and-tear, we will repair the item at cost. Please note that Gemonay cannot guarantee the work of another jeweler. Keep in mind that we do not replace damaged, lost, or missing diamonds and gems from rings or settings.

Lifetime Upgrades

Gemonay is the only brand on the market that offers you a lifetime upgrade on the entire piece, not just the center stone. We take the jewelry back at the exact same price you bought it for and then we recycle it. With so many options when shopping online, why not choose Gemonay, where your fine diamond jewelry purchase will always retain its full value?

For the first upgrade, you can choose a different item for the same value and you won’t spend even a dollar more.

For all other future upgrades, you can choose a new diamond that is at least fifty percent greater value. For example, imagine you bought a 2-carat diamond, but a year goes by and for anniversary you want a bigger stone. To accommodate the new diamond, we will make you a brand new ring and recycle the old one.

First, select a new item on our website. Then, fill out our upgrade form by inputting the new item number and the previous order information. One of our jewelry experts will review your form and contact you with the return instructions. Finally, ship the old item back and receive the new upgraded item. Please make sure that the old item is accompanied by original documentation and is in a saleable condition to ensure full credit.
