If it is determined that the defect occurred during the manufacturing process, we will replace or repair the product at no cost to you. If Gemonay rules that the defect was caused by wear-and-tear, we will repair the item at cost. Please note that Gemonay cannot guarantee the work of another jeweler. Keep in mind that we do not replace damaged, lost, or missing diamonds and gems from rings or settings.

For all other future upgrades, you can choose a new diamond that is at least fifty percent greater value. To accommodate the new diamond, we will make you a brand new ring and recycle the old one.

One of our jewelry experts will review your form and contact you with the return instructions. Finally, ship the old item back and receive the new upgraded item. Please make sure that the old item is accompanied by original documentation and is in a saleable condition to ensure full credit.
