Warranty

If it is determined that the defect occurred during the manufacturing process, we will replace or repair the product at no cost to you. If Gemonay rules that the defect was caused by wear-and-tear, we will repair the item at cost. Please note that Gemonay cannot guarantee the work of another jeweler. Keep in mind that we do not replace damaged, lost, or missing diamonds and gems from rings or settings.

Lifetime Upgrades

We take the jewelry back at the exact same price you bought it for and then we recycle it. For all other future upgrades, you can choose a new diamond that is at least fifty percent greater value. For example, imagine you bought a 2-carat diamond, but a year goes by and for anniversary you want a bigger stone. To accommodate the new diamond, we will make you a brand new ring and recycle the old one.
