If Gemonay rules that the defect was caused by wear-and-tear, we will repair the item at cost. Please note that Gemonay cannot guarantee the work of another jeweler. Keep in mind that we do not replace damaged, lost, or missing diamonds and gems from rings or settings.

To accommodate the new diamond, we will make you a brand new ring and recycle the old one.
